Quantify integrates with Atlassian products using Atlassian Connect framework and follows Atlassian guides and best practices on security and privacy. Our team monitor Security Advisories to stay up to date with recent updates. Quantify always use appropriate administrative and technical security measures to protect your information.
Quantify retrieves, stores and processes data from Atlassian Products solely for the purpose of providing respective services. Each customer’s data is stored in a separate data space and is isolated from other customer data.
Quantify uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for the cloud infrastructure and storage.
Quantify support and monitoring teams access application data only for purposes of application health monitoring and performing system or application maintenance, and upon customer request for support purposes. Only authorized employees and consultants have access to application data.
Communication with Atlassian servers is authenticated and authorized using Atlassian Connect JWT. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own JIRA Cloud login information.
Full application database backups are performed once per day and retained for 10 days.
