### What is Tracked User (seat)?

Tracked User is a Jira user whose activity has been tracked by Quantify to provide time-sheets and cost analysis for a given month.

### How does data retention works?

Free accounts can access only the last 2 months of data. Paid accounts retain data as long as needed.

### How does price per tracked user works?

By default, Jira add-ons priced by active Jira users. However, you may not need to track all users. We support usage-based pricing where you pay only for the users with time-sheets.
