# Kanban Community of Practice

Regular online group meetings hosted by Quantify

[Express your interest](mailto:hello@quantifyhq.com)

## The format

A small, peer-to-peer group. Each presenter showcases their delivery-performance metrics (a Quantify dashboard) and talks through practices, challenges, and experiments — followed by Q&A.

## Start as an observer

Join as an observer to start learning, and become a presenter when you're ready to showcase your own practice. We're here to help each other.

## Kanban coach

An experienced Kanban practitioner hosts each group to inspire and facilitate. We encourage safety, openness, and practical advice.
